In May 1956 the creation of the Yellow Robin Engine Model KD-11 air cooled 4-cycle gasoline 6HP motor gave rise to the Robin Brand of engines as we know it today.

As technology has developed so has Robin from the advent of the old side valve engine (still used today) to the Extreme EX Overhead cam engines and 4-stroke Brushcutter engine.

Today Robin and Subaru (proven on the rally field) are marketed side by side showing our commitment to quality and reliability that will benefit all our customers far into the future.
